The hotel was not ready at 2 pm, and the room was not as clean as expected, but the size was good. The staff were a bit inexperienced at first but later very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for the needs, safe, and quiet. The dining experience was well-prepared and delicious, but there was an issue with receiving the breakfast I paid for online.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were clean and gave a very relaxed feeling, but on the other hand, navigating to and from the room felt like a maze. Additionally, there was a bad smell in the bathroom and on the carpet.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. Some staff, like Tshego, Matshidiso, and Amanda from F & B, were very friendly and efficient, but there were instances of staff entering my room without knocking, especially late at night. The lady in reservations seemed incompetent.
