The hotel was not ready at 2 pm, and the room was not as clean as expected, but the size was good. The staff were a bit inexperienced at first but later very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for the needs, safe, and quiet. The dining experience was well-prepared and delicious, but there was an issue with receiving the breakfast I paid for online.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were clean and gave a very relaxed feeling, but on the other hand, navigating to and from the room felt like a maze. Additionally, there was a bad smell in the bathroom and on the carpet.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. Some staff, like Tshego, Matshidiso, and Amanda from F & B, were very friendly and efficient, but there were instances of staff entering my room without knocking, especially late at night. The lady in reservations seemed incompetent.

The location was quite convenient, being near restaurants and opposite a small mall with essential shops and take-away options. The area had a great vibe, though it could get noisy due to the loud music. It was central to everything I needed, including entertainment.
